Wedding Service  fee:
    $225.oo- Rev. Kate will travel to your selected location to officiate your ceremony. You may wish to be married on the beach, a lovely park, hotel, bed and breakfast or private home. Kate can help you choose the perfect setting for your wedding. Depending on availability, same day service may be available, but reservations are advised. We are happy to provide assistance with locations, suggest local vendor choices for photos, videos, flowers, musicians, chair rentals, or whatever your need, to make your wedding day complete. We offer a choice of ceremonies or you may prefer to create your own personal vows.

Confidential Marriage License-$80.00 Kate is authorized by the Monterey County Clerk to issue the California Confidential License. The Monterey Courthouse charges $80.00 for this license, and we do not charge an additional fee to issue it. No waiting period or blood tests are required. The license can be issued the day of your wedding. This convenience saves you a trip to the courthouse, and is especially helpful to couples coming from out of the state. Kate hand delivers the licenses to the Monterey Court House to be filed with the County Clerk.

What is the difference between a Confidential and a Public marriage license?

If confidential: You must be living together, getting married in the County where you purchased your license, no witnesses are required, and the marriage record is only available to the husband and wife. This license can be issued the day of the ceremony. (note:The law does not specify a minimum duration of time living together.)
If public: You can get married anywhere in the State of California, you need at least one witness during your ceremony, and the marriage record is made available to the public.
